From mid-night March 6, consumers in Barbados paid more for gasoline and diesel products. For the first time in recent history, the price of gasoline exceeded $4.00 BDS (approx. $2.00 USD) per litre and is now at $4.13 BDS (an increase of 14 cents/3.5% from February). Diesel has also increased, going from $3.29 to $3.46 (an increase of 17 cents/5.2% from February) (Source: Barbados GIS).
