APRIL 4 CORRECTION: Information relating to the price of diesel was incorrectly stated.
From mid-night March 16, consumers in Barbados paid less for gasoline and diesel products. This price change – coming several days after the March 6 price change took effect – was announced on March 14 during this year’s Budgetary Proposals and Financial Statement (Source: Barbados Government Information Service).
The retail price of gasoline fell from $4.13 BDS to $3.99 and the price of diesel fell from $3.46 to $3.31 (prices are in BDS per litre).
