From mid-night August 2 consumers in Barbados paid more for gasoline and diesel. The retail price of gasoline rose from $2.96 BDS per litre to $3.16, an increase of twenty (20) cents / 6.8% from the previous month. The retail price of diesel rose from $2.31 BDS per litre to $2.43, an increase of twelve (12) cents / 5.2% from the previous month (Source: Barbados Government Information Service).
