NOTE: Hello There! It’s been a while since my last fuel price update (Aug 2022 to be exact). Since then, there have been several fuel prices changes in Barbados. So, I’ll be adding new fuel posts over the next few days to catch up!

There were two fuel price adjustments during November 2022 (see here and here). The first took place on November 8th with gasoline moving from $4.14 BDS per litre to $4.23 ($0.09 / 2.2% increase), and diesel moving from $3.90 to $4.03 ($0.13 / 3.3% increase). The second adjustment occurred on November 27th with gasoline moving from $4.23 to $4.29 ($0.06 / 1.4% increase), however, the price for diesel remained the same.

Now, let’s dive into it…

Using Table 1 above, let’s assume a vehicle with a 50 litre capacity. It would have costed $207.00 BDS to fill up with gasoline in October 2022. After the second price change in November, it would have costed $214.50.

To recap, there were two fuel price adjustments during November 2022. The first took place on November 8th and the second on November 27th. The second adjustment resulted in gasoline moving to $4.29 ($0.06 / 1.4% increase), however, the price for diesel remained unchanged.
