Terrence Brathwaite was Barbados’ first reported shooting victim for 2018. He was 25 years old. According to Barbados Today, the body of Brathwaite – who was missing for 3 days – was found in Silver Hill, Christ Church.
During January 2017 there were was one murder: Romario Lewis who was 20 years old (the Nation reported his age as 22 in this article, but Barbados Today has his age as 20 here and here). Both publications reported that he was shot and stabbed.
